Once registered, choose a medical consultation or physical check-up when needed.
Registration details
New patients are welcome. No referral is needed. Please bring your valid Ontario health card, a current medication list, and any questions about your care.
Appointment and cancellation policies
Appointments can be booked up to 14 days ahead, with new slots released daily. Please cancel at least 48 hours ahead; a $40 charge applies on a third missed appointment without notice.
