When you contact the pharmacy or clinic by phone or email, the receiving team uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. The Contact and New Patients forms shown on this website are not connected and do not transmit or store the information entered into them.
External services
Links for appointment booking, prescription refills and minor ailment assessments open external service providers, which apply their own privacy practices. Embedded Google Maps may receive technical information needed to display the map. The optional translation feature sends visible website text to Google Translate and stores your selected language and translated text in your browser.
How we use it
Information you provide directly to the pharmacy or clinic is used to respond to you and provide requested care or services. Personal health information is handled in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
